Check-in was fast. I got clear directions to places I wanted. The room was indeed clean. The staff was very friendly and the public transportation options are located conveniently near to the entrance.

I find that some features are indeed missing. There were no iron in the room, so I had to use the shared ironing room. It would have been perfect to have the iron ready in the room.

The hotel has free bicycles. Those are available daily. A bakery is nearby offering fresh pastries. Digital room controls include lighting settings, and this is handled via an included iPad.

the staff are friendly. they make the hotel special with their cheery and helpful attitude. i loved the breakfast. i found dutch specialties like mini pancakes and special cheeses.

the check-in and check-out process is self-service. it did not work for me or other travelers. the room was quite small. the controls were through an ipad, but it was unclear i had to book a room clean.

The location is ideal. There is a metro station very close to the hotel. The staff is friendly (always with a smile!). The quick check-in process was very efficient.

The iPad controls were quite irritating. It is an unnecessary gimmick. There was no espresso machine in the room. The bathroom reminded me of a cubicle (the walls were plastic).
